Piece of Mind

I just had ADT install a monitored wireless home security surveillance system in my home for only $99.00. Being a homeowner who runs my business out of my residence this has given me a greater piece of mind. My home security surveillance is a smart way to avoid robbery or theft. ADT services offer 24 hour monitoring and surveillance by trained professional who are skilled at spotting the “out of the ordinary”. My new wireless home security system will inform me of a door or window that is ajar. I will be advised if a door or window is being disturbed by a shock breakage sensor. For that piece of mind it is well worth the cost of just $35.99 a month.

With the advances in technology home security is no longer a luxury but is attainable for the working class home owners. An additional benefit for the protection of my new home security system is that my home owner's insurance premium will be lowered. You should consider your lifestyle when deciding what monthly plan you purchase. ADT makes it affordable to protecting ones property and family. ADT offers a risk free assessment of your security needs and a FREE consultation. You can go to this link http://www.homesecurityider.com and book your appointment today.

ADT’S skilled employed are educated to observe for situations that I am unable to watch for myself. For instance, Carbon Monoxide is a clear gas that inhabits homes and a buildup of CO often goes undetected in homes, and is the culprit for hundreds of accidental illnesses in the U.S. each year. The CO gas travels in the spaces beneath your home’s floor, and throughout the entire house. ADT’s trained employees will monitor levels of CO in my home. If there is a risk of high levels of CO gas in my home I will be notified promptly. I know I will make me sleep better at night.

When I take my next vacation I will have an undeniable sense of safety knowing the ADT will be monitoring my home when I am away. That is great for anyone's peace of mind. I know I can count on ADT home security!! Visit them at http://www.homesecurityider.com or http://www.alliedsatellitetv.com/

Mending Your Broken Heart

Breaking up is never easy. The end of a relationship means the beginning of a period of mourning and healing. When you are feeling sad or missing your crush it can be quite painful. It’s hard getting used to no longer being together. Life without somebody you still care can be a difficult adjustment. Here are my tips for the early days of a break up to let the healing begin.
Talk out your feelings with close friends. Get everything out so that you won’t hold all your feelings inside. Your friends may get sick of hearing you talk about the situation but you need to let out all your feelings and thoughts.
Cry if you want to. It’s OK to cry over the loss of a relationship. Don’t hold back, let the tears pour out of you. Just do it in a safe and private place. Their purpose is to cleanse you of any pain that you are experiencing.
Put away the photos!!! Let go of mementos. Put away or give away anything and everything that reminds you of the relationship. “Out of sight, out of mind” or  until you are able to remember the relationship without longing for your ex.
Focus on all the things about your ex that drove you crazy! Think about these things often and replay them in your mind. Over & over, again & again!! Dwell on them. It will make you feel better to remember that your former flame was not perfect and that there are things you won’t really miss.
Think about the mean, cruel or rude things your ex may have done in your relationship. Or the way he may have ended the relationship. Really give these things play in your memory. Remind yourself that somebody who truly cared for you would not have done such thoughtless things. Tell yourself over & over, again & again that you are better off without him.
Mending a broken heart is not easy but it can be done. Just stick to the game plan outlined above and before you know it you’ll be just fine.
Good luck!

A beautiful garden gives me a sense of peace and quiet

Planting a vegetable garden is a fantastic way to get some exercise, enjoy the sunshine, and grow some yummy food! And nothing can beat garden fresh tomatoes and green beans. Both are my “MUST” haves in my garden.

In this economy gardening is a huge financial savings.  And you can’t compare the produce in your own backyard to the aged vegetables usually found at your neighborhood grocery store. Last year I spent maybe $55 on supplies.  In return I harvested $350 worth of vegetables. That, my friends, is a bargain.
Gardening is a well-known approach to getting simple exercise. Working in your garden for at least 30 minutes a day is an ideal way to burn those excess calories and  lose weight.  Plus who couldn’t use some natural Vitamin D.  As you reach for weeds, plant seedlings, till the soil, or water a plant your muscles are getting a nice and easy workout that will also increase your flexibility.

Another one of the many l benefits of gardening is stress relief and stress reduction. Doing the simple chores that taking care of a garden  helps you to get your mind of things for a little while. Tension and anxiety is relieved by doing the slightly more rigorous tasks that gardening entails such as cutting, digging, mulching and pruning. In addition, it will give you a sense of happiness, fulfillment, and accomplishment as your garden grows!!

When planning your garden, it’s better to start too small than to start too large.  In order to enjoy your garden, you must be able to control it. Don’t get too ambitious.  It’s better to start small and to expand a little every year. Some plants are more productive than others. If you want a rewarding, productive garden, do some research to find out what grows well in your area.

Take a Moment to Enjoy the Sun

The sun it out and it is a beautiful day today!!! The kind of weather I would love to have all year round. There is sunshine and there is a breeze. It is not too hot and not too cold. Hee.. Hee.. remember Goldilocks and the Three Bears? Anyhow…went for a walk with Coco and have an uplifted feeling. The trees were rustling in the breeze as they swayed back and forth. The sun was shining bright and feeling the warmth from the sun on my face.  I feel invigorated and full of energy.
The sun and clouds is a showcase of nature’s beauty. All you need to do is take a few minutes to stop, hear, see, smell, and feel. And if you want to take a moment today to enjoy the sun!!!!!!!!!
